I've been listening to The Excitement Plan for the last two days. Regular CAR listeners know I'm big on Todd after first being exposed to him through Will Kimbrough who was a Nervous Wreck. Will is a former Mobilian as am I and I am always on the look out for all things Will because I love his playing and songwriting.
In any event I became a Todd Snider fan after seeing them on Austin City Limits and have followed his solo career intently including the new record (The Excitement Plan). I am adding 5 tracks to the playlist today. Those tracks will be America's Favorite Pastime, Bring 'Em Home, Corpus Christi Bay (my personal favorite from the record), Don't Tempt Me (featuring Loretta!) & Good Fortune.
